Bantry Blues were in Championship action again this weekend when they took part in the RCM Tarmacadam Junior B Hurling Championship fixture versus ODonovan Rossa in a well turned out pitch by Gabriel Rangers in Ballydehob.

The blues were competitive in the first half but the Skibb boys were ahead at the break 1-07 V 0-13

The second half saw the blues with some fire in their bellies after a half time regroup where they reenergised and took to the field like All Ireland Champions with a superb 3rd qtr performance out scoring their opponents 2-05 to 1 to regain the lead.

The blues controlled the final qtr , holding Skibb to a single point while adding another 3 to their tally.
This was a superb performance by these blues players who are now preparing for their next outing next weekend V Barrtyroe.
it would be great to see some more support for these great blues warriors next week
