Our Junior Ladies got off to a winning start in their Division 3 league campaign with a comprehensive win over Watergrasshill this evening in the park.

Playing with the wind in the first half Bantry moved the ball at speed and created some great team scores and were 1.5 to a point up after the first 15 mins.

Playing with confidence Bantry went in at half time 1.7 to 0.2 to the good.

Our Ladies continued with some fine football in the second half and with strength in depth notched up another 1.5 in the second half.

A great team performance overall and the perfect start to their league campaign finishing on a scoreline of 2.13 to 0.4.
