Bantry Blues 3:7 V 4-05 Sam Maguires

Our under 12 footballers travelled to Dunmanway this evening for their first outing of the season. The young blues were slow out of the traps and the concession of 2 early goals meant they were always chasing the game.

When the team finally clicked into gear towards the end of the first half they came up against a Sam Maguires goalkeeper who gave a man of the match display with some incredible saves.

With the deficit eventually cut to just a point the clock finally beat the boys and Sam Maguires ran out 1 point winners on a score line of 4-5 to 3-7.
