THE 2023 Competitive season commences this Fri 24th with a large programme of fixtures scheduled. for the year ahead in both hurling & football for all ages.

On Friday evening the U18s take on Bandon in Bandon in the opening round of the Premier 2 Football League



 & on Sunday our Senior footballers host Newmarket at 1130 in Wolfe Tone Park in Round 1 of the Cork Credit Unions Co League. .

Ø > BALL4ALL sessions are restarting in March. This excellent initiative by our Healthy Club Committee offers a great opportunity for this with additional needs to take part in a club programme and have some exercise and fitness.Participants from 2022 are invited back and new members are welcome. Also volunteers who would like to get involved and help out are welcome. 1 hour a week to assist at “BALL4ALL”. Great Fun guaranteed

Ø > REBELS BOUNTY- Supporting Facilities Development in Wolfe Tone Park. The Club is currently renewing Rebels Bounty Clubs Draw members and also looking for new members to assist the Club in its facilities development plans. Rebels Bounty offers the entrants lots of opportunities to win lots of valuable prizes (30 a month) . Tickets cost €100 and can be purchased via link on Clubs Facebook page or by contacting any Club Officer.The club are hoping to raise sufficient funds this year to install pitch floodlights.



Ø > BANTRY LIGHTS UP : Healthy Club Community activity continues on Weds nights at 7pm with our walks for all. All you have to do is be in the Park at 7pm, with a HiViz vest - Walk at your own pace - 2 different walks, chat as you go, #HealthyClub

Ø > Supporting the Rebels. On Sunday last our U15 Footballers travelled to Pairc Ui Chaoimh to support Ruairi Deane and his Cork Senior Football Teammates for their National League encounter with Dublin. While the result did not go Corks way, they put in a brilliant display and showed our young blues some excellent skills & teamwork and a never give up attitude. This was a great start of season outing before their competitive season commences.

Ø > SKILLS4KIDS : Our U6s program for children born in 2017 & 2018 takes place each Sat morning in Bantry Boys Club at 9:30 am and our U7s at 10:30am . New members welcome.

Membership 2023 is now open online via the GAA Membership Portal , >> www.foireann.ie. <<

An open REGISTRATION NIGHT take place in Wolfe Tone Park on this evening Fri 24th between 6 & 8 pm. Players are not permitted to take part in games or training until membership has been paid in full and they are REGISTERED on the FOIREANN system . When a player or mentor is registered on the Foireann system theybecome registered with Croke Park and are also covered under the Player Injury Scheme

MEDAL PRESENTATION takes place on Fri 24th at 9pm in the QUAYS BAR with Graham Canty in attendance presenting our 2022 Junior B Footballers who were Carbery Beara Football league Champions their medals
