Our Adult Ladies kept up their good form with another win away to Rockbán in this year's Junior A County Championship campaign on Sunday afternoon in Whitechurch.

The girls in blue got off to a flying start registering 3.4 inside the first nine minutes to blitz the home side.
Rockbán opened their account with point in the tenth minute and when they goaled in the thirteenth minute they looked to be right back in this game.
Some fine saves from the Bantry goalkeeper denied them on several occasions whereas the Bantry forwards were content to take their points and keep the scoreboard ticking over, registering another four points before the break to see them leading at half time on a scoreline of 3.8 to 2.3.
It was more of the same from Bantry after the break. The girls in blue were moving the ball well and playing some great flowing football. They opened the scoring with two well taken points before Rockbán replied with two points in the seventh and ninth minutes.
Bantry were gaining the upper hand at midfield and defending well and their efforts paid off with two fine goals in the eleventh and fourteenth minutes to push home their advantage.Rockbán replied with two points but another well worked goal on seventeen minutes saw Bantry go further in front.
Bantry now introduced fresh legs off the bench and despite conceding two further goals they were able to close out the game comfortably winning on a scoreline of 6.12 to 4.7.
A fine away win for the girls in blue who now face Dohenys at home next Sunday at 3pm in their next game.
