There are so many ways for you to get involved in Darkness Into Light. You can sign up to join one of the official walks, take part in your own way with family, friends or colleagues, or create your own unique fundraiser—walk, run, swim, or even organise a coffee morning.

Pieta receives more than 85% of its funding from fundraising events like Darkness Into Light and from the generosity and support of people just like you. Your sign-up fee and fundraising for Darkness Into Light will allow PIETAs team of fully qualified professional therapists to continue being there, 24/7, to answer calls and texts on Pieta’s crisis helpline and to provide one-to-one therapy for individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts or self-harming.
