As we look forward to the Christmas, with family and friends and a few days off work, the Bantry Blues 7s is a Christmas must.

A great way to run off the turkey, or sweat out the cidona,

Teams will be mixed by organising committee

All players must be over 18 years & there will be at least one 40 + on each team
