33rd Annual Golf Classic biggest yet for Club. Thanks to Sponsors @keohanesbantry

Bantry Blues 33rd Annual Golf Classic sponsored by Keohane Seafoods took place on Sat last with record numbers participating from first light to sundown. On a glorious day, players were delighted with the course conditions and the excellent organisation to keep the day running smoothly.

Commenting at the Prize Presentation , Bantry Bay Golf Club Captains,Martin Collins and Susan ODonovan , spoke of the high esteem Bantry Blues are held in the community, judging by the huge levels of support which the Bantry Blues Classic continues to receive.

Chair of the organising committee Jerry Sheehan, thanked all those that ensured the continued success of the day, from his own committee, who worked tirelessly over the last couple of months organising the event, the caterers at Bantry Golf Club, Bantry Golf Club for the excellent condition of the course , Keohane Seafoods for their generous sponsorship and continued support for the event. He also thanked all the team sponsors and team participants who make this such an enjoyable day.Also it was very encouraging to see so many current players participating on the day.

To finish off the day, club mentors & committee members had a get together with a barbecue with Tommy Barry showing his culinary skills.
